Is there anything I can do at work to make me less tired?

Yes. Avoid standing as much as you can and make sure you sit as much as possible. Do not work for long periods without breaks, and eat at lunchtime rather than doing shopping. Try to avoid taking work home with you. If possible try and do some light exercises for your neck, legs, ankles, shoulders. And sleep by ''cat-napping'' whenever you can do so, practicably.
