Can you give me any tips on how to help turn a breech baby?

Babies can turn around in the womb spontaneously-and do-until about 36 or 37 weeks. After 37 weeks, if baby is breech and there aren't any other problems with your pregnancy, you doctor may offer external cephalic version (ECV). This is the process of the obstetrician gently manipulating the baby from breech to head down position by pressing on your abdomen. No other techniques have been shown to work in turning your baby-there is no evidence in favour of acupuncture or reflexology for instance.
