What does testing positive to IgG Antibody to Rubella virus mean?

IgG antibodies are the ones that develop either months after you have had the virus, or much more likely after you have been immunized. So if you have IgG antibodies to Rubella (German Measles) you are immune to the virus, which is a good thing.
