I have irregular periods every 3-4 months, can I get pregnant?

You probably can, but you'll only ovulate once every 3-4 months (if that) instead of once a month so your chances of timing intercourse correctly and conceiving are low. A fertility expert would be able to tell you why your periods are irregular, and whether simple measures or treatments can remedy the situation.
